After taking the pics on the previous page, in May 2004 I was lucky enough to get a chance to buy this car from it's third owner - and I did.
1. Getting the stuff out of the car. 2. The original heads were in the car, other engine parts should have been at the previous owner's friend's shed but later on I discovered that the shed was demolished after a fire and rest of the parts were gone for good. 3. The trunk after removing various engine parts and garbage.
After we put some air for the tyres the car was towed to a nearby location for a wash. It already looks better in the daylight with full tires.
It was over a 3,5 hours work to get most of the sh*t out of the body. We used a 100°C hot water and steam to make sure everything will be clean. The paint had survived quite nicely under the dust.
